We provide the Postal Application. We (“Individual”, “us”, “we” or “our”) recognize and understand the importance of the privacy of our users (“User”, “you” or “your”) and respect their desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy applies to our application and describes how we manage, store, and utilize your Personal Data through its products.

To use our app, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the app. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the app in any manner.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users’ Personal Data and providing a secure, user-controlled environment for the use of the app.

• Account Credentials. To use Postal App Services, you log in via third-party authentication systems such as Facebook or Google. Postal stores a hashed version of your account authentication mechanism for authentication and/or verification. We use a third-party provider for verification and authentication.
• Profile Information. When you create an account, you may provide Personal Data (e.g., name, email address) and any information required to positively identify you.
• Photos, Videos and Audio. If you upload media while using Postal, you will be asked to permit access to your camera, photo gallery, and microphone; Postal will then have access to the media stored in your gallery.
• Feedback / Support. If you contact support, we collect your name, email, possibly other data (e.g., IP address), your phone model for diagnostics, and any content you send so we can respond. We may retain records of communications and complaints.

Log Data

When you use our Service and an error occurs, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called “Log Data.” This may include your device IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration when using the Service, the time and date of use, and other statistics.

Your Personal Data (Use)

We use your name and email address for handling your subscription and email marketing. All data remains safe and secure. We do not send your information anywhere outside the uses described here.

We value your trust in providing Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Payment Terms

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies.
